VPN Global Protect is Down and one needs access to your computer

  1. Go to link https://www.cuanschutz.edu/offices/office-of-information-technology
  2. Scroll Down to and Select Access Remote Desktop: 
  3. After going to that page scroll down again to Remote Desktop and Thin Clients. Then select "Access Remote Desktop" button:  

 

 

 

  1. It will bring you to the page below and you will choose "VMware Horizon HTML Access". You will login with your University username and password. This does require DUO to work, so make sure you have access to that.
  2. The page below will appear after logging in. Select the option Remote Desktop Client. 

 

  1. The website will bring you to this page. To log in you must know the name of your computer. 

  1. Hit the connect Button and it will log you into your PC.
