For Laptop on the ucdenver.pvt network:
When you are on the network on site go to \\data\installs\GlobalProtect Client\Windows64 and run GlobalProtect64-6.1.4.msi If you are on network
For Laptop not on ucdenver.pvt network:
If you are not on the ucdever.pvt network go to https://www.cuanschutz.edu/offices/office-of-information-technology/tools-services/remote-access-vpn
Go down to and choose
VPN address: amc-vpn.ucdenver.edu
Steps for remoting into the ucdenver network
1. Launch the GlobalProtect app.
2. Enter the GlobalProtect portal address.
3. Hit connect
4. When prompted and login with your CU username and password
VPN Service is down
Go to link https://www.cuanschutz.edu/offices/office-of-information-technology
Scroll Down to and Select Access Remote Deskotp:
After going to that page scroll down again to Remote Desktop and Thin Clients. Then select "Access Remote Desktop" button:
It will bring you to the page below and you will choose "VMware Horizon HTML Access". You will login with your University username and password. This does require DUO to work, so make sure you have access to that.
The page below will appear after logging in. Select the option Remote Desktop Client.
The website will bring you to this page. To log in you must know the name of your computer.
