This guide is information you send to IT to have them retrieve a deleted file/folder. This is the assumption that you have deleted the File/Folder less than 30 days ago. If it has been longer than 30 days, the files/folders might be gone but please still contact IT with the following guire below. 


  1. Do not wait, create a ticket with IT with the following information below:
    1. Folder path in which this file was placed. 
    2. Name of the files you want Retrieved
  2.  Send the information to IT
  3. IT will then follow up with you and restore/retrieve the deleted files/folders you requested
