- First confirm that your computer has an F folder in your C drive.
- Go to File explorer
- Go to the C drive in file explorer and open to see what is in the C drive
- If there is a F folder, go to the next step if not follow the step below:
- This is assuming you don't have an F Folder in ones C Drive, go to the O:\F Folders\F - Office 364 32 Bit and copy the F folder in there to the C drive on the computer
- Right click on the task bar
- Go to the Toolbar drop down and then choose the New Toolbar option
- This will open up File Explorer, when here, go the the C drive and click on the F folder that is there or copied over from earlier
- Then hit the "Select Folder" Option
- Then the F folder should appear on the task bar. If not, contact IT for help
