If the WIFI one is on is the ucdenver.edu WIFI or it is directly plugged into the ucdenver.edu network

- Confirm you have the correct name for the computer
- Confirm that computer you are currently trying to connect to is turned on if you can access it yourself
- When done checking if the steps above are done as stated, then contact IT with the problem.

- Make sure you connect to the Global Protect VPN. The address to have entered for Global Protect is amc-vpn.ucdenver.edu
- When done checking if the steps above are done as stated, then contact IT with the problem.
