-Open the database (Purchasing, FolderTract, etc) the usual way.
-Make sure the ribbon (see blue rectangle below) is visible. If not do Ctrl
F1 to make it visible.
-Click File (yellow square below)
-Here click “Options” (see yellow rectangle below):
-Once this screen is up, click “Trust Center” option (see red rectangle below):
-The above option will take you to this screen. Click “Trust Center Settings…” (red rectangle below):
-Once you get to this screen click on "Macro Settings"
-Then click on the option of "Enable all macros (not recommended; potentially dangerous code can run")
